It’s (B) Aspergillus.
Aspergillus is a fungus which has spores and is present in the air we currently inhale.
It does not cause harm normally but in the people who have a weak immune system, allergies or damaged lungs, it can infect and cause disease.
So, presence of Aspergillus function doesn’t necessarily cause Aspergillosis.
It basically causes allergic reaction with a fungal growth.
