Parts of the renal pelvis:

• Option “B” is correct i.e. convoluted tubule.

• Among the given options, the convoluted tubule is not a part of the renal pelvis.

• The medulla is separated into limited conical masses named medullary pyramids that are projecting into the calyces.

• The cortex prolongs in between the medullary pyramids as renal columns named Columns of Bertini. Therefore convoluted tubules are not a part of the renal tubule.
