Answer :

Rule of Chargaff is not applicable to RNA (Ribonucleic acid). Chargaff's rule is related to DNA only as it is a pairing of bases rule. According to this rule, the quantity of guanine must should be same as the quantity of cytosine. And the quantity of adenine must should be same as thymine.  

So, we can say that this mentioned rule is not applicable to RNA.
