  • then we need to take out the peel with the help of a sharp blade,
  • ,immediately the peel is to be kept in a petri dish filled with water ,to avoid it from shrinking,
  • after cleaning it should be soaked in safranin in a watch glass ,
  • then we need to put glycerin on it after keeping it on the slide,
