The sub-phylum Vertebrata contains all the animals which have the backbone, gills or the central nervous system in any phase of development. There is a dorsal and hollow nerve cord which runs along the length of the animal. These organisms have a muscular heart present on the ventral side. The notochord in these organisms has been replaced by the mobile nervous tissue elements called the spinal cord. The group includes reptiles, fishes, amphibians and other animals. This negotiations leads up to a Forward Pricing Rate Agreement (FPRA).
