Mostly there are 4 options in a MCQ.
So, out of total 100% probability all 4 will hold the same probability

100/4 = 25 i.e 25% which means every options contain equal probability to be right, no more nor less.

In case there is 3 options, so Probability will be

100/3 = 33.3333% which is also equal for all.

So in a MCQ every option contain same probability.
