YOU CAN RIGHT CLICK AND AND ADD ANY PROGRAMM ON QUICK LAUNCH BAR

In Windows to send a program to the Quick Launch Bar find the .exe file for that program in C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files(x86).

After finding the .exe file , right click on that file and go to send to >Desktop (create shortcut).

This will add the program to the Quick launch Bar.
