To rearrange the slide.

1. If Sheela wants to rearrange the slide, the thumbnail of the slide to be moved should be selected and moved to the location she wants to move and place it.

2. To move the group of slides, press continuously the CTRL and select the slides to be moved and drag it to the new location.

To cut, copy and Paste the slide

In order to cut the slide, the following steps should be carried out.

1. Check whether the presentation is in Normal view. If not, click View → Presentation view → Normal view. There are two methods to cut /copy the slide view.

2. The first method is by selecting the thumbnail of the slide in the left side pane, and by right-clicking many options would be displayed including cut, copy and paste option too.

3. To select the multiple slides continuously, SHIFT should be held and select the slides continuously.

4. In order to select the slides which are non-continuous, CTRL should be held and select the slides to be copied which are not continuous.

5. The second method to cut or copy the slide is by selecting the slides by the steps mentioned above and then by choosing the cut/copy menus in the leftmost corner of the presentation window.

6. The arrow mark points the options (cut/copy/paste) in the left most of the window.

7. The arrow mark points the options displayed by right-clicking the slide.
