The user can use the following option to print a mail merge document:
- In the Toolbar Mailings tab, select the Finish group, click Finish & Merge, and then click Print Documents.
- To "print all the documents", click All option.
- To print the "merge document that viewed in the window", click the Current record.
- To print a merge document range, click From option, and then enter the record number in the From and To input boxes.
