Spleen is the organ which will filter out the foreign material, eliminates the blood cells which are worn out and also produces white blood cells.

EXPLANATION:

Spleen produces the lymphocytes, which is important for maturation of T cell.  Spleen is an organ which is present in "upper left abdomen" and also responsible for blood filtration.

It is also functioning to remove the red blood cells which are worn out and also responsible for  providing the reserve blood supply. Lymphocytes are white blood cell are main type of immune cells.
