Roots, stems, and leaves of plants exchange gases for respiration separately. As we all know, leaves have tiny pores called stomata, which is used for the exchange of gases. The oxygen, taken in through stomata is used by cells in the leaves to break down glucose into carbon dioxide and water.

The organs which help for respiration in plants are many.. Few of them are:-

a)Lenticles-These are present on the surface of stem in a tree or a plant.

b) Roots cells-These are the kind of cells present at the Root part of all plants but, the main function of it is only for some nitrogenous plants or trees.

c) Stomata -This is the kind of respiratory organ in plants which is very important in daily routine and it possesses in all photosynthetic plants.
