which out of accuracy and fluency in language. You, as a language teacher, would give priority while facilitating learning of language and why?

I would give importance to accuracy because when you have accuracy, you will know to place the correct word and will not stutter or will not use fillers.  If accuracy is attained, you will have enough vocabulary to speak fluently.  Fluency without accuracy will not motivate the listener to listen to what you are trying to say and much time is taken in searching the correct word.
