The ventrolateral nucleus part of the hypothalamus of the brain is known as the satiety centre.  

Explanation:

The eye views the food and the impulse is ‘sent to the brain’ through the optic nerve. The ‘fullness of the stomach’ and the emotional component stimulates the satiety centre of the brain.  

If the nucleus is stimulated the brain will stop the satiety of the person and the person stops eating. Hence whether the food is enough or not depends on the satiety centre.
