Normally, the electrical impulses from the heart muscle cause your heart to beat as well as this electrical signal begins in the sinoatrial (SA) node, even it is also located at the top of the heart's upper-right chamber (the right atrium).
As well as SA node is sometimes called the heart's natural pacemaker.

The Sinoatiral Node (SA) is considered as the pacemaker of the human heart because it contains a group of cells in the wall of the right atrium that continuously produces electrical signals called action potentials which establishes the rhythm of the heart hence receiving the name of pacemaker.
