Liver has the highest power of regeneration when it comes to human body. It is said that liver can regenerate itself to full form one third of it.The hepatocytes regenerate very rapidly and about 80% damaged can repair itself.It is because  the hepatocytes are unipotent. Any injury of liver is recovered at the rate of damage .The intensity of regeneration is directly proportional to the damage caused.
