The tertiary sector is divided into two, unskilled labor and skilled labor. The unskilled labor does not get equal opportunities, hence, small laborers, shopkeepers, rickshaw puller, etc. who are all part of the tertiary sector are not able to provide for their family. Meanwhile, due to the Globalization of India in 1991, the skilled labor of India, which had studied and and gained expertise in his/her subject, quickly got jobs in the Multi-national Companies.
The Employment generation part of the service sector is not growing well many different kinds of people employees in service sector in India there are limited number of services that employ highly skilled and educated workers where there are a very large number of workers engaged in services such as small shopkeepers repair persons extra these people hardly managed to learn to earn a living and yet they perform the services because no alternative opportunities for work are available to them that is why only a part of the sector is growing in importance
