F-pattern is the most common for web pages with a significant amount of text content (text-heavy pages). By following this pattern, user's eyes follow F-shape on the page — a user first scans a horizontal line on the top of the screen, then moves down a bit and scans another row (this time a slightly shorter).
Hope this helps

Answer:
Z-Pattern
Explanation:
Z-Pattern scanning occurs on websites that are not text-heavy.
When the eye reaches the end of the line, it moves diagonally down to left (again based on the reading habit) and repeats a horizontal scan on the lower part of the page.
