Which perasitic worm are responsible to infection heart?

it has much long process and I'm not telling you the whole process so when the worm enters in the vegetation and it eated by goats, sheep etc. animal and when they pass excrete product and when it eaten by a pig then it reach pig body after that when human eat improperly cooked pig flesh then it enters in the human body then enters in the heart and then also supplied to whole body and also reaches to brain and cause epilepsy.
