N is Newtons & C is Coulomb.

So N/C is obviously Electric Field Strength — quantifying the Electric Field intensity at a given point by measuring the force a unit charge would experience. It is a vector.

Note

An alternative way to quantify Electric Field Strength is Volts/metre i.e the Potential Difference over two points in the field separated by a metre.

Answer:Cm is for dipole moment (p(

N/C is for electric field(E)

Explanation:p =q(2a)

E= F/q
