In SI base units it is A²⋅s⁴ ⁄ [kg⋅m³]. But a Farad/meter is also known as "a square Coulomb per Newton per square meter" and is electric permittivity. You may in some cases multiply it by the area and divide it by the thickness to get capacitance in Farads. The vacuum permittivity constant, ε₀, is in those units.
