Answer: The correct answer is meristematic tissue.

Explanation: The plants are made up of cells that form tissue after joining to perform a specific function in plants also there are some issues which are responsible for plant growth and development and these tissues are called meristematic tissues which are undifferentiated cells but have the capability to five and perform different function ad there are two types of tissue which are primary and secondary meristematic tissues and also they are further divided into lateral and apical and intercalary tissues where primary are responsible fr formation of primary structures of the plants and scenery tissues are involved in secondary growth where lateral meristem is involved in the horizontal decision of cell leading to growth in girth of plant and apical meristem leads to formation the shoot apex as it divides the apex cells and then intercalary meristem is a divide in a longitudinal or vertical manner leading to the formation of elongation of stem and overall plant development.
