"Song of the Rain " is a poem written by Kahlil Gibran. Through this poem Kahlil Gibran sings the beauty of the rain by giving it heavenly connotations.
The poetic device used in the poem is Personification.
Personification is a literary device which attributes human characteristics to something which is not human.
Examples -

To embellish the garden."
