• When the flag is hoisted, it must be honored by the people present on the campus.
• The flag must be tied in such a way that the orange color is at the top and green is at the bottom.
• The flag should be in good condition. It must not be dusty or damaged.
• It must be raised at a quick pace however brought down gradually. It is to be noticed that while lifting and bringing down the Flag, trumpet sound should play.
• The flag must not be wrapped with flowers, sweets etc.
• While the flag is being lifted, everybody should confront it. Individuals should remain in consideration and sing the national song of devotion.
• Flag should never be  never be raised at the half shaft. Once lifted, one should remember that it is not in contact with the ground or trail in water.
