is polynomial only when power of all x contained in expression should be whole number.
and any polynomial polynomial is said to be in ascending order only when exponent is in ascending order.
for example :- 1 + 2x + 3x² are in ascending order.
here, 4 - t + t² are in ascending order because exponent {0, 1 , 2} are in ascending order.
