Precautions to be taken while observing cheek cells are: →Do not scrape the cheek too hard as it may injure you (buccal mucosa). →Scraped material should be spread uniformly on the slide. →Excess stain should be drained off. →There should be no air bubbles under the coverslip. Hope this helps you :)
