Structured decision problem is more easy than unstructured decision problem. Structured problems are regular in nature. Structured problems are easily understood by an organization whereas unstructured problems are new and rare, hence structured problems are more easy.

Structured problems are the problems of the future, which can be determined by visiting by examination and testing, whereas unstructured problems are the difficult problems presented when an organization is faced with abnormal situation. Those whose solutions are of different and rare nature.

That's why a structured solving problem is an easier process than an unstructured solving problem, which helps to step back and evaluate your own problems. It is the skill of thinking. In contrast, in unstructured problem solving, the choices of the decisions a person makes are not readily available to him.
