Ethyl alcohol gives, with heated aluminium (in an inert atmosphere), aluminium tri-ethoxide (Al(OEt)3).

I doubt that you're looking for that though.

Ethyl alcohol when treated with alumina (Al2O3) at a high enough temperature, undergoes dehydration to give ethene.
