Which punctuation mark should be used in each sentence? I do not like potatoes__ however , I love sweet potatoes. Many people are confused by these punctuation __ the colon, the semicolon, and the hyphen. After thinking about it for several days, I decided what I had to do__ I would apologize to Mrs. Potter. The day went by in an orderly fashion__ there was no trouble from any of the students.
