slope of speed time graph is given by

slope=v2-v1/t2-t1

or

slope=dv/dt

(if interval is very small)

we also know that

dv/dt=acceleration

and

v2-v1/t2-t1=acceleration

therefore slope of v-t graph gives acceleration.

slope of distance time graph is represented by

slope=dx/dt

or

slope=x2-x1/t2-t1

we know that

dx/dt= velocity

and

x2-x1/t2-t1=velocity

therefore slope of x-t graph gives velocity.
