All radiations are Electromagnetic waves. These waves can have any wave length and frequency. In vacuum or air, electromagnetic waves have the speed = c = 3 * 10^8 meters/sec. You can frequency as c / wave length.

Those electromagnetic radiations in the range of visible light spectrum : from red light to violet - our eye senses and detects.

The range is :  650 nano meters wavelength to violet 400 nano meters.

Light is in the form of electromagnetic waves/radiations.The electromagnetic spectrum can have any frequency, amplitude, etc.
But the human eye is unable to detect all lights having different frequencies.
The range of light that the human eye can detect is the visible spectrum. Its frequency ranges from 800 nm(red light) to 400 nm(violet light).
hope i helped u:)
