Hey, you should go for Pradeep's Fundamental Physics by the authors KL Gomber and KL Gogia. I have studied from this book when I was in the ninth class. I have read the 11th book and found it helpful. It has enough examples for one to solve. It has theory part also.

I think it will be enough for a student to complete his 12th class.
