It is mostly Hinduism, I guess. This is because Buddhism in many ways challenged the complicated methods adopted by Hinduism to reach god. Although Buddhism was a consequence of Hinduism, it strives to nurture the god found within. Islam also has a complicated approach towards the ultimate truth, god. Other religions that became effective could be Sikhism and Zoroastrianism. Jainism, with similar understanding of life, must have also proclaimed great popularity and fame.
