Article 32 and article 226 provides anyperson who's rights are violated can move to Supreme Court and high court respectively, for remedies .Supreme Court and high court are vested with the power of issuing various writs by way of which they ensure the rights of the citizens are protected.Therefore a person can move to the Supreme Court under art. 32 and to high courts under art. 226 in case any of the fundamental rights of the person are violated.
