Article 32 of the Indian Constitution was descibed as the very soul of the Constitution and the very heart of it by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.

Article 32 is the Right to constitutional Remedies, which confers upon an individual the right to move to the highest court of this country for enforcement of his fundamental rights as mentioned in the part 3 of the Constitution.

It is certainly the most important article of the Constitution without which this Consitution itself would be a nullity.

Right to Constitutional Remedies is called the " Heart and Soul " of Indian Constitution.

This is because -

✔It provides a person to go to court of Law if any of his/her right is violated.

✔It thus protects the rights of citizens.

✔It is thus called "Guardian of all rights".

✔It even remains in the hands of citizens when all rights are taken away i.e. in the case of emergency.

✔Thus it is called the " Heart and soul " of Indian Constitution.
