Which right of the consumer is violated if the seller is not allowing the consumer to assess the variety of goods and services?

By failing to allow the consumer to go through the products and make a choice on which product to go about ,the vendor is violating his constitutional rights.He is violating the consumer rights under the consumer protection act .It  states that a vendor or supplier should not develop any adamant or aggressive means of trying to influence a customer to take their products .
