hey...here is ur answer

Constitution of South Africa provides its citizens different kinds of rights which are unique from that of laws formulated by Indian Constitution

1)  Right to privacy provides that the citizens or their homes cannot be searched, their phones cannot be tapped

2) Right to an environment gives the citizens that the country does not give or provide nothing harmful to the health or well being of its citizens

3)  Right to have access to adequate housing

4)  Right to have access to best health care services, sufficient food and water, emergency medical treatment whenever the citizen requires

When compared to fundamental rights of India these kinds of rights should be provided to citizens of India too other than right to freedom, right to equality etc as basic amenities of people can be looked after by this way
......thanks.......
