A river that rises in one country and flows into another country,is treated as an international river.Some longer/larger rivers may flow through more than two countries. The Indus (China-India-Pakistan), Brahmaputra (China-India-Bangladesh),Ganga(India-Bangladesh) are some examples of international rivers.

Nile,Rhine,Danube,Meckong are international rivers.
