River Brahmaputra is known as Tsang Po in China due to it's less silt and despite a smaller volume of water carried by it.When it enters India through a heavy rainfall,it carries more amount of water and considerable amount of silt. So, here it is known as Brahmaputra which is the largest river in Assam.
River Brahmaputra is known as Jamuna in Bangladesh.
