Quṭb ud- Dīn Aibak is the right answer.
He was the founder of the Mamluk or the Slave Dynasty in Delhi, and the first Sultan of the Sultanate of Delhi. He was very generous to his people. During a time, when he was given the sovereign command of conquests in India, he donated a large sum of money in charity. Therefore, he was given the title of 'Lakh Baksh' (giver of lakhs).
