When we add,

Con HCl to con Na(OH) we get,

HCl+ Na OH - - - - > NaCl (ppt) + H2O.

As we know, law of conservation of mass which states that mass of any element can be destroyed in any chemical reaction. From this reaction we get NaCl which is a regular salt and water where salt is white in color which means salt is precipitate in reaction and heat is evolved in reaction.
