Maharaja Ratan Sing ruled the Sikh Empire in early half of the 19th century and in the battle of Bhasin in March 1800 A.D, chiefs of the Lahore were frightened from the rising power and influence of Ratan Singh so Sardars, “Gulab Singh Bhangi”, Sahib Singh Bhangi, Sahib Singh Gajarti and Jassa Singh Ramgarhia tried to attack Ratan Singh.
