Sir Issac Newton ,the famous scientist is well known for his work with falling bodies.
One day he was sitting under an apple tree. Then one apple fell from the tree .He thought that why those apples were falling? Then he discovered that there is a certain kind of force that attracts objects towards the earth. This force is called gravitational force of the due .
Due to this force we can stand on the surface of the earth ,otherwise we would be floating.
