Difference between sculpting and art
Sculpture and art serves the same purpose but the major difference is in the technique. Art/drawing is a addition process where an artist pour their imagination in an empty space. Sculpture is an subraction process where they do the same in an abundant piece of object. Sculpting includes carving, chiseling, modelling and casting.
How to evaluate a sculpture
One should evaluate the sculpture through the creativity, sculpt material and the techniques used in it. A sculpture's value is based on how intricate the process is and its attractiveness towards someone.

David of Michelangelo - Created in between 1501 and 1504 by Michelangelo, an Italian artist. David is a 17ft statue made from a single block of Marble.
