The Indus Plain
The Ganga Plain
The Brahmaputra Plain
The Indus Plain :It is also called Punjab plains .The large part of it lies in Pakistan. It is formed by The Indus and its tributaries.It is dominated by the doabs .
The Ganga Plain : It extends between Ghaggar and Teesta rivers .It is spread over Haryana,Delhi,U.P,Bihar,partly Jharkhand and West Bengal.
The Brahmaputra Plain : It lies in Assam.It is formed of alluvial soil brought down by Himalayan rivers.
