It's the option ( C ).
As Chemistry and Spanish are proper nouns so their first letter should be capital.

Hope it helps....^_^

The sentence which is capitalized correctly is “My easiest classes are Chemistry and Spanish”. Here “Chemistry” and “Spanish” are the proper nouns. The correct answer is option C.

In option A, the word “Chemistry” is only capitalized leaving the other proper noun in lower case. It is known that the first letter of proper nouns should be written in capitals.

Similarly, in option B&D, both or any one of the proper nouns starts with lower case letters. As in C option both the proper nouns were capitalized correctly.
