which sentence is correct in two "did you have your dinner? or have you had your dinner?"

both are correct only 

kvnmurty: both answers are correct. they are used in different contexts. the first sentence is in past tense. second is present perfect sentence. it depends on the previous sentences.

you can use both but i believe that saying have you had dinner is a little more formal than did you have dinner, but there both correct
