1.sublimation ammonium chloride
2.filtation sand. on adding water to sand & salt
3.evaporation we get salt when the water evaporates

By sublimation technique, we can separate ammonium chloride from the mixture of sand and salt.

Again, we can separate the given mixture by applying the filtration technique, where the sand is separated from the salt water.

So the required two techniques are filtration and sublimation.
