I think Situation where you won't give a try at all

because if you unable to succeed after many tries it means you at least tried to achieve your goals and maybe you can be successful in future but if you don't give a single try then you'll be guilt for it for your life long that "I should give it a try and maybe I'll be succeed".

So Don't trying at all is more frustrating...
