Which sleep is more important 12 a.m. to 3a.m. or 3a.m. to 6a.m. ? Please genuine answers only and also give the reason for it.

Heya the best time to sleep is from 10pm to 4 am it is the best time when our body gets proper relaxation.

And abt this time i think they both are not the proper time becz we have to take sleep in even hours like 2...4...6....and 8 maximum for fresh mind and odd hours makes us feel drowsy and tired...so my suggestion is that you make it from 11pm to 3am for better health as well as it is according to your time
