Guru Nanak Devi ji was the first guru of Sikhs and he didn’t opposed Hindu religion but he didn’t like the religious rituals because he was of opinion that unity is strength and unity of god and brotherhood of mankind.

He didn’t even believed in caste systems. After Guru Nanak Devi ji passed away various types of movements were started by the his successors.
